Do you provide a certificate of insurance?

How do you price medical office cleaning?
Pricing depends on square footage, number of exam rooms or operatories, facility type, cleaning frequency, and any special protocol requirements. We don't publish a flat rate because it wouldn't be accurate for most facilities. We provide written quotes specific to each account. More on pricing →
Can you clean after hours or before the first patient?
Yes. Most of our medical accounts are cleaned in the evening after the last patient, or early morning before the first appointment. We confirm the schedule during the walkthrough and document it in the written scope of work.
Do you use EPA-registered disinfectants?
Yes. We use EPA List N disinfectants selected for the surface types in your facility. Dwell times are documented in the scope of work. We don't use general-purpose cleaners for clinical surfaces that require a registered disinfectant.
What happens if we need to change the cleaning schedule?
Call us at (866) 958-8773 during business hours. Schedule changes are confirmed in writing and reflected in the updated scope of work before the next visit. We don't make schedule changes by text or informal message.
